Prices

All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR) and Swedish kroner (SEK) and include VAT.
Shipping costs may occur, which will be clearly stated before you complete your order.

Payment

You can pay with the following cards and payment methods:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• MobilePay
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Klarna

The amount is only deducted from your account when the order is shipped.
No fees are charged other than those your own bank may impose.

Delivery

We ship to Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands. We do not ship to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. 

Delivery time:
2-4 business days (delivery times may vary in some periods).

Shipping providers:
We use recognized shipping companies.
You choose your preferred method at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace number.

Right of withdrawal (30 days)

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.

This means:

• The product may be tried on as in a fitting room
• The product must not have been taken into use
• Tags and labels must be intact

If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine the fit and characteristics, a depreciation in value may occur, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must:

1. Register your return via our return portal here.
   
2. Pack the item securely
3. Pay for return shipping (the customer pays for return postage)

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount to the payment card used for the purchase. It typically takes 3-7 business days for the amount to appear on your account.

 

Complaints

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules on defects apply.

You have a 2-year right to make a complaint.
This means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund, or a price reduction – depending on the situation.

The right to complain covers defects in material or production, but not normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

Safety and material testing

Our products are developed in Denmark and manufactured in collaboration with certified factories that meet international standards for responsible production.

All materials are tested by SGS, a Swiss and independent testing institute, to ensure quality and chemical safety.
You get leggings that have been developed with care and produced under proper conditions.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase.
The amount will be transferred within 3-7 business days, depending on how long it takes for the shipping company to return the package.

Shipping costs in connection with purchase and return are not refunded.

Shipments not picked up

If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, the return shipping and an administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

Changes to terms and conditions

We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions.
The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply.
